Morning went over laogong hse...
Accompained him for a hair cut..
OTW pass by his hse playground..
The place there is so recreational..
Not only have playground for kids..
But also some faciilities that allow older resident to...
Not play but mayb exercise...so they wont rot at home..
That;s wad laogong told me..lol..

Laogong tried on this still look structure like thing..
It turn out to be a similar to a swing...
WE both sat on it and swing for quite some time..LOL..

Laogong has his hair cut..~ So short...

Never felt so exhausted from dancing..

Stamina dropping to - 100..

Got my Hep A & B vaccine plus influenza jab too..

Both jab on each arm..

They are numb throughout the day..

Due to my new spects..

I'm feeling giddy n headache nowadays..

PLUS...i twisted my ankle during pract..

How nice..couldnt flex my ankle much now..

Got to rest..comp this sun...

Its coming so fast.

I'm very tired now i couldnt blog any further...

Hand numb...LOL..
