Couldnt stand straight

Hot bathe dont helps
warm water drink dont helps
Cracking my back dont helps
Sitting down dont helps
Standing up dont helps
Massage for myself dont helps

tell me what helps to ease menses cramps??
Dont tell me take painkillers
Cos if you know me
I wont take unless its damn painful till i cant take it
OR
i have impt events or things to see to that needs me to be in proper condition

Tomorrow will be the 2nd day,
And OMT, its gonna just get worse..!!
Why do i have to always suffer such severe pain just because i got
BLOODY cyst in my ovarians!
Think i shall just try applying medicated oil to my abdomen and give it a try
And just SLEEP away the pain
if i can..

My baby will be back tommorow night!
At least something for me to look forward to despite me being in great pain..

I am just always quiet whenever i got menses
I dont like to talk much
Nor do i like people annoying me..
The mood just gets to me sometimes..
It last throughout my menses period..
So ppl,
TAHAN with me ok..

I may stare..
